New Feature: Smart Email Verification!

Hi there,

To help you save on email verification credits, we’ve introduced Smart Verification! Now, only prospects who haven’t been verified in the past 15 days (you can customize the interval) will go through the email verification process.

How it works:

  • Once you import the CSV, check the checkbox where it asks to verify only prospects that haven't been verified in the past 15 days.
  • You can easily customize the interval of days in your settings for smarter verification.
  • To change the interval, you can click on “Configure” while importing the CSV, or you can go to your Settings → Admin Settings → Prospects → Smart Re-Verification During Import and set the number of days.

This helps reduce unnecessary verification costs and speeds up your process.

🚀 New Channel Added: WhatsApp Outreach is Live!

You can now add WhatsApp as an outreach step in your Saleshandy sequences — right alongside Email, LinkedIn, and Call!

Create powerful multi-channel workflows and connect with your prospects where they’re most active. What you can do:

  • Send personalized WhatsApp messages with merge tags and attachments (up to 20 MB)
  • Add personalized scripts for voice notes and WhatsApp voice calls in your WhatsApp tasks.

How it works:

  1. Go to your Saleshandy dashboard
  2. Click "Create Sequence"
  3. Add a "WhatsApp" step
  4. Choose message type: Text, Voice Note, or Voice Call
  5. Set your priority
  6. Click "Save" to add it to your sequence

Improvements in Text-only mode 🛠️

Hi there,

We’ve rolled out major updates that give you more control over sending emails in “Text-only” mode, helping you improve deliverability.

Here’s what’s new:

  1. Removing Styles Automatically: Basic formatting like bold and italics are now allowed, but all other styles (e.g., font sizes, colors) are removed to improve deliverability.
  2. Send First Email as Text Only: The first email in your sequence will be sent as plain text, with no HTML or formatting, ensuring better inbox placement.
  3. Text-only email: If you choose this option, every email in your sequence will be sent in text-only format, with no HTML, providing maximum deliverability.
  4. Unsubscribe Link Settings: If the "Unsubscribe" link is enabled and the text-only mode is active, the system will automatically change it to "Unsubscribe as text" mode.

Hi there,

We're pleased to inform you that now you can use more email accounts in Sender Rotation. Here's the increased limits for each plan:

  • Outreach Pro: up to 100 email accounts per sequence (was 50)
  • Outreach Scale & above: up to 1000 email accounts per sequence (was 100)

Why this matters

  • More scale, same sequence: Send higher daily volume without duplicating or splitting sequences.
  • No inbox buronut: The increased limit shares the sending load across more email accounts, so no more inbox burnout.

Introducing Email & Domain Level Reports in Analytics

We’ve added a new Emails & Domain tab in Analytics, allowing you to track results for each email account, not just at the sequence level.

What’s new:

  • Email account insights: See how many emails were sent, opened, replied to, or bounced
  • Account health checks: Get a quick view of each account’s health and setup status
  • Easy filtering: Sort and filter results by email provider, sequence, domain, owner, or status
  • Download reports: Save and share filtered data or graphs for reporting

Hi there,

We’ve launched Unsubscribe as Text to let recipients opt out by replying with a short message instead of clicking a link.

What’s new

  • Default toggle to add an unsubscribe as a text option (ON by default)
  • Pick from 10 suggested replies or enter one custom message
  • Now you can unsubscribe from the unified Inbox directly

Why it matters

  • Unsubscribe links are often flagged by spam filters, which hurts deliverability.
  • Allowing recipients to opt out with a quick reply avoids those triggers and keeps more emails landing in the inbox.

Multi-step verification

  • Every lead now goes through an additional verification step, and only valid ones count. Credits auto-refund if an email turns invalid or risky.

Formatting control (Deliverability Booster)

  • When you paste email content from outside sources, you can now strip away styling to send clean text emails for better deliverability. Your choice is saved for the whole sequence.
